Under the initiation of NBTI first ever bankers HR Club of Nepal has been formed. The inaugural meet was attended by more than 25 HR professional from various commercial banks. Welcoming the group NBTI CEO Sanjib Subba put forward the HR club concept. The group also chose seven coordinators and they are:
- Kumar Joshi - Everest Bank
- Sanchita Gorkhali - NIC Bank
- Dipesh Shrestha - Siddhartha Bank
- Prabir SJB Rana – Investment Bank
- Bandana Manandhar – Prime Bank
- Amit Sharma – Laxmi Bank
- Shelly Khati – ACE Development Bank
The coordinators team has already met once and finalized the future program. The next meet is on 10th March 2010 at NBA office. This meet would be addressed by Professor Subas KC Dean of KUSOM on HR related topic.
